A wide range Qingdao Upall was established in July 2003. Our main products are multi-headbands (ruff), caps, hats, beanie, bandana, wrist bands, guard (mask/moto glove/shin guard), and more. Our products are used for the outdoors, sports, garment accessories and promotions.
300,000 pieces per month
Our factory covers 1,100m2 and has 15 to 20 employees. We have eight tube knitting machines and three sublimation printing machines on two production lines. Our monthly output is 300,000 pieces, and 90 percent of our products are made for export. Every year, we develop 10 new products. And samples normally take five to seven days to finish.
Complying with standards of Europe
Our products undergo tests for azo content, pH value, color fastness to dry cleaning, color fastness to hot pressing, dimension stability to washing, and more. Our products have been approved by SGS and Bureau Veritas. From the raw materials, knitting, printing, cutting, to final products, each product will be checked at least three times.
